Join Amity Yoga founder and teacher Wendy Moran for a series of Saturday Retreats in Rainhill. 

The day starts with intention setting meditations, detoxification pranayama breathwork, deep meditations and progressive breathwork practices. 

Flowing body and breath movements with deep asana practice.

Lunch Break – Please bring your own light lunch. Hot & cold drinks available. Opportunity to chat, share, reflect and journal. Join a supportive community, bringing joy and happiness to each other in a non-judgemental space.

Yoga nidra, deep relaxation and mediation. You will be able to relax your nerves at a deeper level and allow your energy to flow and restore.

Mixed ablity level – This retreat is not suitable for complete beginners, prior yoga experience is beneficial, intermediate/advanced, adapting to needs.

7 days before the retreat day – full refund

If cancellation is within 7 days of retreat a refund will be given if another student can take your place. 

In the event of sickness please contact me prior to the retreat and we can arrange a transfer for another date or alternative online session.
